Prepartion of Sizing Mixture

First take water in required quantity in size mixing tank fitted with stirrer and constant stirring for about 40 to 50 minutes. The mixture is then cooked for about 45 minutes. The other ingredients required are then added and heating is continued for about another 15 minutes. Now the size is ready for use.

Properties

ABC-NOL is a free flowing white powder with good stability under normal atmospheric conditions. It is very faintly alkaline due to the nature of one of the imported constituents. This is "One Shot Sizing Formulation" which does away with all the fancy a costly size ingredients which the sizing master are using with a view to increasing the weaving efficiency of their looms sheds with only limited success.

With ABC-NOL you just have to fill up your cooking vesse As with required water and add bag of ABC-NOL as per requirement. The mixture is cooked at 110? C and then the mixture is ready for use.
